About Me
Hi there! I’m originally from Cincinnati, OH, and now based in the Carolinas. I help organizations tell their stories, attract top talent, and engage their communities — always with a people-first, purpose-driven, and data-centric approach. My focus lies at the intersection of creative storytelling, content strategy, and employer branding. With a primary focus on cause-based marketing, talent marketing and brand identity.
Whether I’m strategizing on how to connect audiences to a particular role or message, building a portfolio, planning an event, or producing a short video, I love blending strategy with design to create meaningful, engaging experiences.
One guiding principle has shaped both my personal and professional journey: put yourself out there. Whether it’s testing a new marketing approach, trying a different take on a role, picking up a hobby, or traveling solo. I believe growth comes from embracing the unfamiliar.
That mindset stayed with me after graduating from Hofstra University in New York and moving to NYC, where I found a deep passion for helping nonprofit organizations develop their brand identity and voice. I joined Catholic Charities of New York, one of the largest nonprofits in the region, and collaborated with several partner agencies to build their social strategy and content from the ground up.
During my time there, I created style guides, editorial calendars, and email marketing campaigns. I produced live event content, managed print media, supported website redesigns, and pitched stories that were picked up by major publications including the New York Times (humble brag!). I also worked with HR to rethink how we advertised open roles, onboarded new hires, and built internal brand love.
I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with the New York Stock Exchange, the New York Yankees, the NYC Mayor’s Office, celebrity chefs, and more, helping bring bold ideas to life through strategic content.
Corporate Chapters
After an incredible few years in NYC, I relocated to Texas to join Uber, supporting a newly formed global team focused on recruiting top talent. It felt like building the plane while flying it, with a fast-paced, challenging, and endlessly rewarding enviroment.
I worked on innovative ways to reach and attract passive candidates (those not actively job hunting), creating targeted content and outreach campaigns through social media, newsletters, blogs, and video content — including TikToks featuring hiring managers sharing what they love most about their teams.
Following Uber, I joined DoorDash in a similar role, and most recently worked at RVO Health, helping attract talent in the health tech space.
Today
Across both nonprofit and corporate spaces, I’ve built a career helping organizations shape their identity, tell powerful stories, and build meaningful relationships with employees, candidates, and communities alike.
These days, my focus is on content strategy, employer branding, and creative storytelling. I bring a strategic, human-centered, and design-informed lens to everything I do.
